As a long time follower of your struggle for justice I want to wish you all the best at the coming sentencing of the murderer of your son. I can't imagine the pain and anguish you will all feel once again when you confront him. He should never be allowed parole I hope the judge realizes that. I pray that God eases your suffering. I agree with you Mary. Scott Huminski is the lowest form of life. It's unimaginable for another person to do that to a family that has suffered such a tragic loss. Especially with what the Tamburello's have had to go through. Huminski is a poor excuse for a human being.

Scott Huminski, what kind of man are you? This family has suffered so much! Why would you contribute to their suffering? These are despicable acts! To say terrible things to a family whose son was murdered so horribly, to add to their grief and suffering because of your hatred for the prosecutor is unimaginable. Tristen Blanchard has been charged with an enhanced misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The charging document alleges that he possessed marijuana in Springfield on October 13 and that he has previously been convicted of possession. He was arrested by off Fitzgibbons from the Springfield PD. The prior conviction is what exposes him to an enhanced penalty of 2 years or $2,000 or both. Unfortunately, the assigned prosecutor is Robert Sand almost insuring that his buddy Tristen will walk out of there free and clear. If Sand was willing to free murderers what can be expected from this?

You're the same person that befriended the Tamburello's and then betrayed them by turning around and tried to get the murderer Bolaski back on our streets for your own selfish needs. I know who you are but won't justify you by writing your name. Lavoie did the right thing and your hatred of him will never undo that.

I agree. Lavoie did an excellent job of getting a murderer off of our streets. I understand there is a new prosecutor taking up where Lavoie left off and looking into charges against the other men. let's hope he's as honest and dedicated as Lavoie and get Blanchard and these other men off the streets.

Mr. Tamburello I have been following your sad story from the very beginning. I have always wondered about what all of the people involved looked like. I must say Your FACES OF DEATH PAGE is great! Jerry Ucci looks just like the weasel he is. Blanchard looks every bit as cocky and arrogant as he exhibits. Corey looks like he is an arrogant better than thou person. Now Sand looks every bit the low life he is! It just shows in his face. You can tell he's a corrupt weasel that has no business being a District Attorney. Thank you for showing us what they all look like. I will definitely be watching out for them. God Bless you in your continued fight!

Wow! Mr. Tamburello, I was in tears when I read the chronicled days of the trial. I was so moved by what you have gone through.You show bravery so immense that very few men can even dream of having: You,sir, are a real life super hero! Many years ago, my older brother was involved in a hit and run car accident that almost killed him! He was just a child of 10 years old! Even worse, my entire family witnessed this accident happening! It was one of the worst days of my life. My brother was completely disfigured and fractured his arm and they had to remove his spleen. Thank the good lord, he is alive today. All the while my brother hung in for his life, in the ER, my entire family was so anxious. We were so afraid to receive a phone call from the hospital telling us that he had died. I, as a brother, couldn't relived that anguish even for all the money in the world! I can only imagine what you have gone through. You are an extremely courageous and shockingly intelligent man; your family should thank God to have you as its patriarch. I wish for you and yours nothing but genuine happiness and calming serenity. With regards, Robert

To the Tamburello family. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. i can't imagine the pain and anguish you've gone through. My husband and I know the people involved in your son's murder and Their cowardice doesn't surprise us. They've always done everything in packs. We've been following your website since the trial. It was at first hard to believe that they would lie as much as was told in your site but reading their statements and interviews for ourselves and see how much they actually did lie and commit perjury over and over again is absolutely unbelievable! Their contempt and disrespect for the law is horrible! They made a mockery of the courts and the system so much that it makes no sense to us that they would think they can get away with it. They can't be allowed to get away with this flagrant lying to conceal the murder. Everyone we know feel that these men must be punished. We've lost all confidence in our judicial system to protect us. It's shameful what you and your family have gone through because of them. I hope justice comes fully for you. Please know that we're praying for you and praying that the law does the right thing and make these men pay for what they've done. To the Tamburello family, I'm so sorry for the pain that you have gone through.And the loss of your son. It's especially hard to know that my state put you through such misery. there was no need for what they did. Sand should be punished. I know all of the people involved. kyle, Blanchard, Ucci and the rest are bad people. Your son wasn't the only one they bullied but he's the only one to stand up to them. Your son had tremendous courage and I hope that they are all punished for what they did. Why is the state letting them get away with what they've done? We have lost so much respect for our justice system that they would allow Sand to continue in his job and let these men terrorize everyone. They deserve to be taken off the street. I hope that you will get full justice. God Bless you and thank you for taking one of these cowards off the street.

Why does our justice dept. allow Robert Sand to continue working in the office he's disgraced?? He's brought shame to Vermont and to the people he's supposed to protect. He used those jurors to further his own needs. I'm very angry that this is allowed to continue.

hello to vinny's family. i don't know any of you, but i found this page while researching the history of someone i just met today. due to the unpleasant nature of our interaction, i wanted to find more out about the person and have discovered here that they were one of the several men who lied under oath during the trial for the murder of your son (i won't say here which one). as i read your story here, i almost forgot about how i got here. your story is terrible; i hope i never have to endure anything like what you have been through. i am in some way relieved that you have found as much justice as this world usually allows us, even if that does not bring back your son. i hope he is at peace where he is and that you find your own peace in his absence.
