JUST TO TALK...

ONCE AGAIN TRISTAN BLANCHARD AND A GANG OF HIS TOUGHS CONFRONTED A LONE PERSON TO "TALK" TO HIM WHILE THEY TRESPASSED ON HIS PROPERTY. THIS TIME THE TABLES WERE TURNED. BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO "TALK" TO HIM THE THREATENED PERSON "SPOKE" FIRST. AFTER THREATS OF BODILY HARM TO HIM, HIS WIFE AND 2 CHILDREN, AGED 10 AND 3, FROM A PERSON HE CAUGHT STEALING FROM HIM A MONTH BEFORE. HE TOOK NO CHANCES. OBVIOUSLY KNOWING THAT THEY ALREADY KILLED ONE PERSON THEY WENT TO "TALK" TO, AND WHAT THEY ARE CAPABLE OF, HE TOOK OUT A GUN AND SHOT FIRST, HITTING BLANCHARD'S SISTER WHO WENT THERE WITH TRISTAN TO "TALK".

THIS COULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER STUPID, SENSELESS TRAGEDY. ANOTHER LIFE COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN LOST. OVER WHAT? SPIT ON A CAR? IS THAT WHAT A LIFE IS WORTH? I'M NOT SAYING WHETHER THE SHOOTING WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT  BUT CONSIDER THIS, TRISTAN BLANCHARD AND THE REST OF THEM  WAITED OVER 3 HOURS TO RETURN AND CONFRONT THAT PERSON. BLANCHARD HAD ENOUGH TIME TO THINK ABOUT HIS ACTIONS. AS DID THEY ALL. SO THEY OBVIOUSLY THOUGHT THIS OUT. THEY HAD THREE HOURS TO THINK ABOUT THEIR DECISION. BECAUSE OF BLANCHARD'S IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS HIS SISTER WAS ALMOST KILLED! HE LEARNED NOTHING FROM HIS INVOLVEMENT IN VINNIE'S MURDER!

ONE PERSON WAS ALMOST KILLED AND ANOTHER MAY BE GOING TO JAIL. MORE LIVES RUINED BECAUSE OF BAD DECISIONS. I UNDERSTAND THE MISTRUST PREVALENT THERE OF THE POLICE. BUT THAT IS NO EXCUSE. I DON'T KNOW THE CIRCUMSTANCES. WHETHER OR NOT THERE WAS TIME OR OPPORTUNITY BUT, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, THE POLICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED! IN BOTH INSTANCES! VIGILANTE JUSTICE CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE CONTROL. FOR ONCE THAT HAPPENS THE LAWS OF SOCIETY BREAK DOWN. WE, AS A PEOPLE, CANNOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN! BUT WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN IT IS ALLOWED BY THE SAME JUSTICE SYSTEM THAT IS SWORN TO PROTECT? THERE CAN BE NO DOUBLE STANDARDS!

UNFORTUNATELY THIS ALL GOES BACK TO THE IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY ROBERT SAND! WHEN HE ALLOWED THEM TO TAKE OUT RIFLES IN A PUBLIC PLACE AND KILL MY SON, WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE, HE GAVE THE GREEN LIGHT FOR VIGILANTE JUSTICE! BY PROTECTING BLANCHARD AND THE BOLASKI'S, UCCI AND ARBUCKLE HE GAVE THEM THE GREEN LIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT FEAR OF REPRISAL! HE GAVE THE NOTION THAT IT IS ALRIGHT TO TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS! YET HE IS STILL IN OFFICE, STILL METING OUT HIS OWN BRAND OF JUSTICE! PROTECTED BY THE JUSTICE SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS THIS CONDUCT!

CONSIDER THIS: SINCE MY SON'S MURDER KYLE BOLASKI WAS ARRESTED AGAIN ON MORE FELONY CHARGES AND DRUG CHARGES. HE HAS ALSO NOW BEEN CHARGED WITH 2ND DEGREE MURDER! YET HE IS STILL ALLOWED TO WALK THE STREETS. ARBUCKLE WAS ARRESTED TWICE ON FELONY CHARGES. THE LATEST FOR WHICH HE IS NOW INCARCERATED, THANKS TO THE GOOD SENSE OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE JUSTICE SYSTEM. BLANCHARD WAS ONCE AGAIN A MAJOR PLAYER IN CONFRONTING A LONE PERSON WITH A GANG. TRESPASSING AND THREATENING HIM AND HIS FAMILY WITH HARM AND ALMOST CAUSING HIS OWN SISTER'S DEATH! FOR A WAD OF SPIT! THEY HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND BRAGGING ABOUT MY SON'S MURDER! HOW THEY ARE PROTECTED! SO COCKY THAT THEY ACTUALLY WROTE ON MY MESSAGE BOARD, TAUNTING US ABOUT KILLING MY SON! THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT SAND HAS CHOSEN TO PROTECT RATHER THAN THE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS THAT PUT HIM IN OFFICE!

WHEN IS THIS ALL GOING TO STOP?? DOES ANOTHER PERSON HAVE TO DIE? DO MORE LIVES HAVE TO BE RUINED, FAMILIES TORN APART? WHEN WILL SAND AND OTHERS LIKE HIM BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE? WHEN WILL THE JUSTICE SYSTEM START PROTECTING THEIR OWN CITIZENS RATHER THAN THE CRIMINALS? WHEN THE PEOPLE STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES AND DEMAND IT! WHEN THEY STAND TOGETHER AS ONE AND SAY "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL THE PEOPLE FEEL ABLE TO TRUST THEIR LAWMAKERS. UNTIL THEN WE WILL PRAY THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE TO DIE BEFORE ACTION IS TAKEN.

BUT THERE IS ONE THING THAT EVERYONE MUST DO IF THEY ARE EVER IN A BAD SITUATION: YOU MUST CALL THE POLICE! YOU MUST NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS! IT DOES NOT WORK! THOUGH YOU GET YOUR SATISFACTION BY STRIKING OUT, YOU LOSE. YOU COULD GO TO JAIL OR WORSE. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SUFFER IMMENSELY! PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING EVEN THOUGH YOU BELIEVE THE POLICE WON'T HELP. GIVE THEM THE CHANCE! DON'T BRING YOURSELF DOWN TO THE LEVEL OF THESE CRIMINAL ELEMENTS. DON'T REGRESS BACKWARD AS A PEOPLE. INSTEAD STAND UP AND FIGHT AGAINST MEN LIKE ROBERT SAND THAT PUT YOU IN SITUATIONS WHERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE BAD DECISIONS. MAKE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM WORK FOR YOU! LEST YOU BECOME TOMORROWS NEWS.

Man denies guilt in car shooting incident
By Josh O'Gorman STAFF WRITER
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Years of boiling bad blood came to a head Saturday in Springfield when a man allegedly fired a gun into a passenger-filled car and sent a woman to the hospital with a gunshot wound, according to court records released Monday.

Timothy P. Decelle, 29, pleaded innocent Monday in White River Junction District Court to a felony charge of aggravated assault with a weapon and four misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, which carry a combined maximum sentence of 19 years in prison and $14,000 in fines.

According to affidavits filed with the court, the animosity between Decelle and Keith LaVoie, 26, of Springfield, stretched back at least four years to 2006, when Decelle damaged some of LaVoie's compact discs while the two were working together. Decelle told police that in April, he had caught LaVoie stealing tools out of his pickup, affidavits state.

Regardless of past incidents, Saturday's event began around noon, when Decelle spit on LaVoie's car as he drove past it, records state. Decelle returned to his Valley Street apartment and around 3:30 p.m., a vehicle with five occupants — driven by LaVoie's brother-in-law, Tristan Blanchard, 24, of North Springfield, and including LaVoie and his wife, Jenna LaVoie, 26 — pulled into the Decelles' driveway, police said.

Several people in the car gave police sworn affidavits they had only come to talk with Timothy Decelle, but in his sworn affidavit, Decelle told police the visitors threatened him, his wife and their two children, ages 10 and 3, with violence. Decelle admitted returning to his apartment to retrieve his Smith and Wesson .22-caliber rifle and discharging two shots, but he claimed to have shot into the air and not at the car, affidavits state.

Police recovered two spent .22-caliber casings from Decelle's driveway, affidavits state.

In her sworn affidavit, Jenna LaVoie told a different story.

"We took off and he came around the corner of his house and started shooting," Jenna Lavoie wrote. "He shot multiple times at the car. I felt pain in my hip and realized I had been shot. My brother (Tristan Blanchard) took off, rushing me to the hospital."

Jenna LaVoie arrived at Springfield Hospital at 3:37 p.m. and was treated for a minor, non-life-threatening gunshot wound, according to her medical records. She was discharged at 6:33 p.m.

Decelle is free on $10,000 bail on conditions he not contact any of the five people at whom he allegedly shot.
