No matter how you pretend to show it you are helping a low life murderer which makes you as bad as him. Your interest isn't in justice it's revenge. It's not just Lavoie it's the whole system especially Sand, Sorrell, Maguire and now David Cahill and the Supreme Court. If justice was your goal you would be focusing on all of them but you're only obsessed with Lavoie. Sorry but you're not convincing.

Dear Mr. Farmer: My name is Richard Caughron, I live in Sevier Co. Tennessee. My purpose in writing this open letter today is I am a friend of a family living in Boston, Massachusetts, the Tamburello's. Their son Vincent Tamburello Jr. was brutally murdered in a small town in Vermont by some low level drug dealers in front of dozens of witnesses at a softball field after a tournament. Kyle Bolaski, the gunman, shot Vincent Jr. in the leg, then as he tried to get away Bolaski shot him in the back. As Vincent lay dying, the gang of men beat him with the butts of their guns and stomped him, leading Vincent Jr. to bleed to death moments after the police showed up. However, these low level drug dealers were apparently informants for Vermont Prosecuter Robert Sand. Sand unbelievably argued that the murder was self defense by Bolaski, going against the obvious evidence and the dozens of eyewitness accounts. When the Tamburello's fought to get the Prosecutor removed in an effort to get a fair trial, Sand resorted to threatening them. The Tamburello's would not back down, and started a grass roots movement in Vermont, giving out cards, bumper stickers, and buttons to raise awareness of the case and corruption and the website that Vinnie's father, Vincent Tamburello Sr. started chronicalling the story from the beginning and posting all the documentation, . This finally led to Sand stepping down years after the murder. So in 2011, with a new prosecutor, after examining the evidence, murder charges were immediately brought against Bolaski, and with nothing hindering the evidence from being presented to a jury, they quickly found him guilty of murder and Bolaski was sentenced to 25 + years. However, in an apparent attempt to cover up the mishandling of the original case and the people involved in the corruption, perjured testimony was presented to the Vermont State Supreme Court, along with the accusation that Vincent Tamburello Jr. was suicidal, and the ridiculous notion that this would exempt the gang of men and Bolaski of murder charges. The Vermont State Supreme Court unbelievably called for Bolaski to be set free, and a retrial to take place in May 2016. My concern and the Tamburello's concern is that the State of Vermont basically cannot allow a fair trial to happen because it will undoubtly reveal their cover-ups that has peppered this entire case. The Tamburello's are not asking for any special treatment, only a fair trial for Bolaski in court where ALL the evidence can be presented. It appears the only way for a fair trial will happen is if a lot of light is shed on this case and trusted public officials are forced to do their jobs correctly. I understand that one of Congress's jobs is to be a watchdog and potentially impeach public officials including Judges and prosecutors. I have written Congressman Phil Roe to see if congress is aware of this case and the mishandling of taxpayer dollars and bastardization of the justice system going on in this case. I haven't been able to get a response. This is why I'm seeking your help in this matter. Mr. Farmer, I ask that you please take a look at where you can see a summary of what is currently going on in this case written by Mr. Vincent Tamburello Sr. himself. I ask you sir, could something like this happen here in Tennessee, where a prosecutor would let a murderer walk to protect his on poltical interest? Would the State of Tennessee help bury the case to protect those involved in the corruption from being revealed? IS anything like this currently happening in Tennessee? The Tamburello's never sought ought to fight corruption in Vermont, this fight was brought to them, and they have not and will not back down. I ask you Mr. Farmer, is there anything that can be done to help them, and would you have any advice on how to bring attention to this important case? Over 125,000 people have viewed Mr. Tamburello's website and many eyes are watching how public Represenatives will handle this very important case, and this open letter will be posted to the message board on . Hello all, I wanted to share an open letter I sent to my local State Representative. I had emailed Congress (Congress is really the ones that can make a big impact on this case) but was not getting a response. The local Represenatives aren't flooded as much with emails as Congress so are much more likely to respond, and help push justice4vinnie.com straight to our Congressmen's desks. Feel free to copy my letter and just substitute your name or improve on this letter by writing a similar one. Reps and Congressmen need to know that people are going to watch how they handle this case, and things like this are an easy way to let them know.

Arbuckle disappeared from the court docket for 2015 and only a motion hearing in the bolaski case is on the calendar in december. Delay benefits the defendants, lavoie knows this. Not a tough prosecutor

Bernie Sanders was and is well aware of the corruption in Vermont. Why didn't he use his position to alert federal law enforcement to clean up the state. He's been there all along during the dean and sorrell era.

This does not just go against us but it goes against the U.S Constitution itself. Our soldiers are dying to preserve our Constitution only for it to be betrayed by the very people sworn to uphold it. Your dedication to want justice isn't just for this case but for the United States Justice System. For if this is allowed then there will never be justice for America and it's people. God Bless you.

The following is an email I sent to my local congressman regarding this case. I would encourage everyone to write a similar letter or copy this one and forward to your representative as well. One of Congress's many jobs is to investigate and impeach Attorney General's and DA's as necessary. Anyone with one eye and half a brain can see the corruption in this case and it needs to be stopped. Right now with elections coming up soon (when congress at least pretends to listen to us) Congress should be getting flooded with letters concerning this case. Dear Mr. Roe Sir I am writing because I am concerned about the murder case of Vincent Tamburello Jr. that apparently due to political reasons has let a murderer free awaiting a re-trial while the other murderers have not been brought to justice at all. The following is an excerpt from the victim's father, Vincent Tamburello Sr.: "ON AUGUST 17, 2008 MY SON, VINCENT TAMBURELLO JR. WAS BRUTALLY MURDERED, SLAUGHTERED BY 5 MEN, KYLE BOLASKI, COREY BOLASKI, TRISTAN BLANCHARD, JERRY UCCI AND TIMOTHY ARBUCKLE. FOR 6 YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN PROTECTED BY ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM SORRELL. AND NOW IT'S TIME FOR SORRELL TO TELL THE TRUTH! HE MUST NOW ANSWER FOR HIS ACTIONS... FOR 6 YEARS HE'S HIDDEN, COWERED BEHIND THE SHIELD OF HIS OFFICE. DECEIVING THE PEOPLE, VIOLATING THE LAWS HE'S SWORN TO UPHOLD. BUT HE CAN'T HIDE ANY LONGER. Mr. Tamburello documents on the website justice4vinnie.com the misuse of a grand jury proceeding, threats from the former District Attorney Robert Sand when his corruption was being exposed and who later had to step down due to that same corruption being brought to light , and the hindrances they have had to fight through the entire way apparently because of some sort of political ties the murderers have to Attorney General Sorrell. After years of persistance from the Tamburello family the evidence against Kyle Bolaski was finally presented to a jury without the protection of a corrupt DA. The jury only had to deliberate a couple of hours and came back with a unanimous guilty verdict. Then in 2014 falsified evidence including perjured testimony was allowed to be presented to the Vermont Supreme Court which led them to call for a retrial and in the meantime let one of the murderers, Kyle Bolaski, back on the street awaiting retrial. This is a fraction of the story and again all the documentation is presented on the website justice4vinnie.com. I'm bringing this to your attention because one of Congress's jobs as you well know is to investigate and impeach if necessary offices of the public such as DA and Attorney General. I'm concerned that if these infractions are going on so blatantly in Vermont, is anything like this happening here as well? Tens of Thousands are watching this case very closely world wide to see if justice is going to continue to be censored and flagrant misuse of taxpayer's funds for political gains are going to be allowed to go on unnoticed by our congressional representatives. Mr. Tamburello is not asking for any special treatment, just for an honest opportunity for a proper trial to all those involved where all the evidence is presented, and that anyone, no matter what office they hold, who abused their power to purposely hide/obstruct evidence be brought to justice. This is so obvious what they're doing. they are continuing Bolasaki's and Arbuckle's cases until after the presidential primaries in November which shows they know that what they did for Bolaski was wrong and they don't want this to come out. If they didn't do anything wrong by falsifying the Grand Jury and covering up the corruption then they would prosecute this case and show that they are not corrupt, but they won't because they are corrupt and this case shows how corrupt they are!

Your little snippets about Lavoie are extremely irritating! If you think you can do anything to help the Tamburello's why don't you do that?? Otherwise stop your ridiculous innuendos because they just make you look foolish. By the way from what I've seen about Mr. Tamburello I am convinced he's not done yet!

First off, I wanted to say how sorry I am about the loss of your son. I knew a son was lost but I didn't realize it was in such a horrible way. I've spent the past two day reading everything on here and it makes me sick for what you all had to deal with. I'm glad you were able to finally get some justice and I hope everyone involved will get prosecuted for their role in it. I praise you for your strength and will power on holding back. I'm having trouble with it. 5 years ago one of my friends went missing. He was last seen getting into a car and that was it. We felt the cops didn't seem to take his disappearance seriously. Well 10/05/2014(he was reported missing 10/04/09) they found skeletal remains of 2 people buried in these pieces of s***'s backyard, he was one of them. Come to find out, the cops had a search warrant for that house in 2010 because the guy was involved with another death(little did they know at the time he had already killed one guy and his girlfriend had killed my friend.) Not to mention he had bragged about having bodies buried in his yard, yet the cops kind of ignored the rumors. Not only that, but a few years ago I entered a rehab program to get straightened up. Apparently 2 of the people involved also went there. So the whole time we're wondering where he is, I'm walking past, or sitting beside, or standing next to the people that are responsible for his death and not know it. Since I still go up there for support on things, I've also got to listen to the rumors. How she claims it was self defense but yet they make it look like a murder? I can only hope that we can be strong when the time comes for trial. Again I just wanted to tell you and your family how sorry I am for what you've had to deal with and hopefully your fight will come to and end soon with a victory. I know it won't bring your son back but at least you will be able to finally begin the path of healing. I don't even know if healing is the right word. I just know we haven't even been able to fully grieve and deal with everything ourselves. It won't happen until we see justice. I will go ahead and end this but don't quit fighting! You all have accomplished so much and hopefully it won't be much longer until everyone pays for their crimes and justice is served for Vinnie.

I just became aware of this case and I must say I am disgusted! I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved son and brother. I pray you get some justice and it may give your family some peace!
